First time in this location. Wide aisles packed with products for every kind of outdoor adventure. Employees are very helpful. Many items were on clearance. Plenty of gear available for the cold winter months. I will definitely be back to check out winter coats.

Came here for a bike repair. Had trouble finding the entrance as it’s sandwiched between 2 major stores! Besides that they checked my bike and gave an estimate. Repairs were done pretty smoothly and the charges were reasonable. Thank you, Angie!!

Always a great store for outdoor gear for many years. However, a no bag policy is a cheap poor customer service policy with the excuse that it is for the environment.

Dresden was awesome! Tore my tire earlier in the day and brought the bike in expecting a 1-2 day turnaround. Dresden got me a new tire, pumped my rear shocks and had me out in less than 20 minutes. My new spot for service and repairs

My feet have been killing me since I bought the wrong pair of Merrell hiking boots and I came to REI today to purchase a different pair of Merrell boots, the Moab, in store and get fitted so I knew I was wearing the right size. The customer service today was amazing. This was the customer service I had become accustomed to at higher end stores prepandemic but had since lost at virtually every experience. Except REI. This experience blew me away today. The person who measured me today took measurements for both feet and brought out a variety of styles and sizes to make sure I had the best fit. She welcomed me back, wished me well on our upcoming hiking trip, and it was the lowest pressure sale I've ever experienced. I browsed through the store, noting their wide variety of "inclusive size" clothes on well placed and easy to find racks labeled as such. When checking out, the person who processed the transaction was warm and relaxed, and genuinely laughed with me. I feel like I've been in an alternate universe for the last 30 minutes, in the best possible way. Better yet, every employee and patron in the store was masked! I only bought the boots today, but I'll be back for clothes. This was amazing.

I needed to exchange something I purchased that was too small. (roof box for my car). I had no receipt but they had on file with my membership (Wellllll worth the few dollars it costs). They had a bit of a situation with my ordeal but figured it out and took care of everything and should be complimented on handling it the right way despite it being a bit out of standard practice. They sell mostly all high quality good stuff and have a 100% satisfied policy they stand behind. They not only exchanged my item, they gave me latest price which was a significant credit for my credit card. They're the best of the best here and I wouldn't shop for this type of stuff elsewhere regardless of price. REI might not be cheapest but they stand by stuff and do the right thing with minimal issue.
